A Beautiful Indifference: American Education a chisel & a scalpel for Empire

A Beautiful Indifference: American Education a chisel & a scalpel for Empire

The book serves as an exploration into how America, an Empire to everyone in the
world but America, has used tools of coercion and assimilation throughout the colonial
periods of all indigenous, black, or brown people, on every continent, including the
American masses, which white Americans have not been willing to challenge until
today.

Today when our government has begun to assassinate white people, and lie
about the circumstances, directly in our faces, from the White House to the fascist
governmental entities that have historically been weaponized against people of color
(but like all entities, corporations, organizations, and governmental programs that are made up of individual people, often perceived as good people, who have decided to
commit atrocities while clinging to their propensity to be in the presence of power, white, super-wealthy, power) and challenge their belief systems and willingness to go alone to get along. Not just Republicans or Maga, but useless Democrats, a proven inept
Congress, and complicit Black and Brown folk as well, who knowingly voted for Trump.

Where that administration will erroneously attempt to convince us that we fight one man,
President of the United States, the most powerful man in the world with 37 convicted
felonies, Trump; when it is a divisive and depraved mindset of white entitlement and
black subjugation that must be eroded to make space for “an ideal more profound than
any we have adopted in colonized nations. The fight for freedom and emancipation is
with us, not one party over another party in this one-party Empire that will placate in
moments of mass-discontent because they know that our attention span for liberation or
revelation is minuscule, momentary.

What will it take to quell our resurrection, that the Secretary of State, Kristi Noem, refers to as acts of terrorists? Will they give us $1776 dollars, $2500 for healthcare, or a tax credit maybe? Then will we go back to Empire because that is all we have been taught?

What You'll Learn

This book examines how American education has functioned as a tool of empire-shaping obedience, assimilation, and silence across Indigenous, Black, Brown, and white populations alike. You’ll explore how power, entitlement, and political complicity are sustained beyond party lines, and why liberation requires confronting deeply ingrained belief systems rather than scapegoating individual leaders. Ultimately, it asks what it would take to unlearn empire and reclaim a more honest pursuit of freedom.
