Food insecurities exist all over the world, and the governments, through non-profits, provide the social-engineering, in the form of government subsidies, food stamps and SNAP benefits to keep the masses at the bottom subdued, and the masses in the middle gently coerced to see their pay-check to pay-check lifestyles, themselves, just a little better than being poor as one notch below the rich if not for the scramble of insecurity.
